A Companhia Ford projetou uma cidade empresarial com foco também na educação. A empresa trouxe muitos benefícios para os filhos dos trabalhadores de Belterra, com projetos idealizados pelos americanos envolvendo educação e lazer.
Em 1941, durante uma solenidade em agradecimento às benfeitorias da Companhia Ford, em relação ao grau de instrução das crianças e da dedicação do corpo docente do Grupo Escolar Henry Ford, os alunos da matéria "Língua Inglesa" apresentaram no Teatro da Escola a comédia "English is easy to learn", sob orientação do senhor Raimundo Alves Teixeira, e encerraram cantando o Hino Nacional Americano. O hino dos Estados Unidos era entoado em todas as solenidades de Belterra, inclusive nas inaugurações das escolas.
O Teatro da Escola Henry Ford era utilizado pelos alunos durante os eventos escolares. As apresentações eram diversificadas: bailados, diálogos, cançonetas e musicais faziam parte dos espetáculos criados para o entretenimento local.
HINO DOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DA AMÉRICA

Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just.
And this be our motto: “In God is our trust”.
